Welcome to our Winter Build Challenge! We hope you decide to trust us with your training! We have developed a 6 week, intense training and nutrition program that we pray will give you the tools to transform yourselves from the outside in! Out of thousands of online programs, we believe we will stand out among the rest because of our deep desire and commitment to see your lives and health transformed. We have poured our hearts and souls into making this program as challenging and adaptable as possible so that all different fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes can be successful.
We are selling circular bands for an additional cost that have three bands included (easy/medium/hard). Once we run out of them, you’ll have to order them from another place (online or sporting goods store). We are using bands for this challenge to add variety and, most importantly, to add a strength training component other than just body weight that is EXTREMELY affordable!!!
Your training includes four workouts each week. The workouts include a mix between body weight and circular resistance band training! Unlike my previous programs, this challenge is centered around building as much LEAN MUSCLE MASS as we can, along with Mandy tailoring your nutrition to where you will get STRONGER. Then, we will add more cardio back into the mix for the Spring Slim challenge and put all that new muscle mass to good use!!! We are mimicking what it would be like if you were to prep for a physique competition, just on a “normal-people” level. We know what works, and when you build lean muscle mass in the off-season, your bathing suit bod will be ON POINT!!! (just trust us).
We highly recommend that you do the four workouts each week, along with 2-3 days of the prescribed core work for that week! In addition, in order to see maximal results, we want you do 1-3 cardio sessions (from 15-60 minutes each).
The more that you put into this, the more you will get out of it! GO ALL IN!!! Be involved in the facebook group – get all of your workouts in – do your best to adhere to the nutritional component of the challenge – ask questions – stay accountable to friends and family – make this a priority – and be KIND to yourself. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Stay patient and stay committed.
