Introducing our Spring Slim Gym Challenge! We have developed a 6 week training and nutrition program that we pray will give you the tools to transform yourselves from the outside in! Out of thousands of online programs, we stand out because of our deep desire and commitment to see your lives and health transformed. We have poured our hearts and souls into making this program as challenging and adaptable as possible so that all different fitness levels, ages, shapes and sizes can be successful.
Your training will include four workouts each week. Please note that for this gym version, you will need a gym membership or a home gym. The workouts will include a strategic mix of cardio and strength training! We highly recommend that you do the four workouts each week, along with 2-3 days of the prescribed core work for that week! In addition, in order to see maximal results, we suggest you do 1-3 additional cardio sessions (from 15-60 minutes each). The more that you put into this, the more you will get out of it!
